I do not have a job. My CV keeps coming back. I am 22.

For fifteen months my answer to that was to build more. I am starting to think it was the wrong question.

Fifteen months ago I was scanning barcodes in a warehouse in the Netherlands. This morning I drove a taxi. Tonight I will work on a game like every night.

In those fifteen months I built PC Workman, which Microsoft accepted into their store, and Scaling Laws, which I released yesterday as version 0.4.0 with 1,278 tests behind it. Both are free. Both are open source. Every commit has my name on it because there has never been anyone else.

Yesterday I added up everything, projects have earned. 70 zł.

Problem is probably not that I have not built enough, it is that I have not learned how to make anyone care about what is already finished. That is what I am working on this week.

The building part I already know how to do.

This is the game behind the post. Scaling Laws is a free AI company tycoon for Windows: January 2022, twelve million dollars, no product. See the game, download it on itch.io or read how it works.
